This two bedroom London property had plenty of space, but the original layout wasn’t making the best use of it. We moved the kitchen into the main living room, creating a bright open plan space for cooking, dining and relaxing, while the former kitchen became a second bedroom. Warm timber, soft neutrals and pale herringbone flooring now connect the rooms and give the home a calmer, more considered feel. The bathroom was completely renovated with earthy green tiles, stone tones and brushed brass details. The result is a smarter two bedroom home that gets far more from the same footprint.
PORTNALL ROAD, FLAT C, LONDON
This project involved a full renovation and loft conversion of Portnall Road, Flat C, transforming the property from a two-bedroom layout into a spacious three-bedroom home with two bathrooms. The redesign focused on maximising space and light, introducing an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area to better suit modern living. The new layout improves functionality, flow, and overall usability, creating a contemporary home designed for both comfort and practicality.
